Shipping policy

At Leisure Threads, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible.

We currently ship to selected EU countries available at checkout. If your country is not shown at checkout, this means we are not currently shipping there.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is €6.99.

Orders of €75 or more qualify for free standard shipping, where available at checkout.

All shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 10–20 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, supplier processing times, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We do our best to provide realistic delivery estimates, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed.

Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers or fulfilment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping update where tracking information is available.

Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help check the status of your order.

Leisure Threads is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, customs or border delays where applicable, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us or to our fulfilment partner because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
